Each deliverable feeds the next. That's what makes it a system.

Most crisis management tools are point solutions built in isolation. The eight deliverables of the Wartime Business Resilience System are designed to work together. The output of each module is an input to the next. The result is not eight separate documents โ€” it is one integrated infrastructure.

You are assessed on the quality of your deliverables โ€” not on exams.

Three assessment components per module. The standard is the same whether you are in SIGNAL or SHIELD.

01
Before each module
Pre-Session Readiness Check
A 15-minute self-assessment of your current position across the module's domain. Tells you exactly what information to gather before you start. Prepares your thinking so the session produces a better deliverable.
02
During each module
In-Module Knowledge Check
10 multiple choice questions plus 2 applied short-answer questions. Passing standard: 7 of 10 correct with substantive short answers. Tests application to your business context, not recall of generic theory.
03
Within 72 hours of completing each module
Post-Module Deliverable Assessment
Your completed deliverable assessed against 6 criteria on a 1โ€“4 scale by a qualified assessor. Passing standard: 19 of 24 overall, with a minimum score of 3 on every criterion. Feedback returned within 5 business days.
