Your senior leaders join the SHIELD founding cohort alongside leaders from other GCC businesses. Each participant completes the full program and builds all eight deliverables, and the cohort adds perspective from organizations outside your own.

STRONGHOLD advisory
A dedicated advisory engagement alongside the program. Your advisor works directly with the CEO and senior team to put each deliverable in place across your business, built around your specific situation.
