What STRONGHOLD is

STRONGHOLD is a separate kind of engagement from SHIELD. Your advisor works with you and your team on your balance sheet, your supply chain dependencies, your stakeholder relationships and the opportunities specific to your recovery.

The eight program deliverables are built with direct advisory support. The cash model in Module 03 is built from your own bank data. The stakeholder communication playbook in Module 07 is drafted for your bank, your board and your key customers.

Weekly one-to-one sessions are backed by support between sessions for decisions that can't wait a week. Board and investor communication support is included where it's relevant to your situation.

How it works

From first call to working advisor within days.

First call and scoping
Book a 20-minute call or send an inquiry. If STRONGHOLD looks like the right fit, we hold a 45-minute scoping session on your situation, your priorities and the scope of the engagement.

Engagement letter and kickoff
If we proceed, you receive a written engagement letter within two business days. After the first month's fee, kickoff takes place within one week, once your advisor has reviewed your financials, structure and current situation.

Weekly sessions and module work
Weekly one-to-one sessions of 60 to 90 minutes, aligned with your progress through the program, so each deliverable is built with direct advisory input. Support between sessions for live decisions.

Deliverables and ongoing advisory
Your advisor reviews all eight deliverables with you before submission. After the three-month minimum, the engagement continues month to month and can be ended with 30 days' written notice.
